Ajay was a senior partner at Trilegal, a leading Indian law firm, where he built one of the most successful legal practices in the country. After being deeply influenced by what was happening with the planet, Ajay decided to focus his attention on sustainability and climate change. To that end he co-founded Bangalore Creative Circus (BCC) and the Initiative for Climate Action (ICA), both working towards building ecosystems for climate action. Ajay is incredibly passionate about art, science, sustainability, and wellbeing and has also co-founded Studio Madhatter – an art and design studio based in Bangalore.

Angela currently serves as Chief Catalyst at Swasti, a global public health nonprofit focused on adding 100 million healthy days to the lives of the poorest and marginalized by 2030. She has been with Swasti since its inception in 2004 and is responsible for its growth and trajectory, which includes footprints across 25 countries in South Asia, South East Asia and parts of East Africa.

Mr. J.V.R. Prasada Rao, former Union Health Secretary, Government of India and Former UN SG Special Envoy on AIDS in Asia Pacific, played an instrumental role in implementing a comprehensive and decentralized national AIDS control programme in India from 1997 to 2004 making India achieve the MDG 6 well within the targeted time.
As Union Health Secretary he piloted the formulation and approval of the National Health Policy and the National AIDS Control Policy in 2002.

Dr. Paul is the Co-inventor and Project Lead of anti-infective molecule Enmetazobactam at Orchid Pharma that is India’s first NCE to have been approved by USFDA, UKMHRA, EMA, and DCGI. He is the Founder of Microvioma, India, a research-based organization founded on verified science to participate in the fight against AMR & WHO’s One Health mission by providing microbiology-based solutions & products. He is an AMR stewardship champion and has served as a member of the AMR Committee of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (USA) for three years (2019-22), and is a member of its research committee. This year he has been awarded the Fellow of IDSA (he is the first Indian non-clinician at FIDSA). Dr. Varsha is a scientist-entrepreneur with a focus on public health. She is the Chief Enabling Officer and Co-founder of Molecular Solutions Care Health, LLP. She is a crusader for respectful and accessible health care. Since 2020, the focus of her lab has expanded to disease monitoring, particularly of infectious diseases and antimicrobial resistance, using data from environmental, clinical and community sources. Her company is the recipient of multiple grants, including the Amrit Grand Challenges JanCare grant for AMR monitoring by BIRAC and the Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG). She was among 75 Top Women Biotech Entrepreneurs recognized by the Government of India. She was also selected to the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Entrepreneurs Program at IIM Bangalore. She is a certified NABL Internal Auditor and Certified Assessor for Malcolm Baldrige Healthcare Criteria for Performance Excellence and trained at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
